About

I am a final year Ph.D. researcher at the University of Aberdeen, a SCUBA diving instructor, underwater photographer and general lover of all things ocean!

I am originally from Edinburgh, Scotland and after falling in love with SCUBA diving I moved out to the Caribbean to work as a diving instructor. I lived in Grenada, W.I. 2014 - 2019, during which time I completed my undergraduate degree in Marine, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology at St. George's University. I came back to the U.K. in 2019 and completed my masters degree (with distinction) in Marine Biology at Bangor Univeristy. I am now up in the chilly north of Scotland doing my Ph.D.
